Millsboro Martial Arts

Millsboro Martial Arts was established in 2009 under Grand Master Joe Fox, the founder of Harrisburg Institute Of Taekwondo. Grand Master Fox began teaching in 1977 and started the Harrisburg school in 1987.

Founder: Grandmaster Joe Fox started training at the age of 16 which then became his lifelong passion and career. He achieved his 9th Dan in Taekwondo, 9th Dan in Jung Sim Do, 9th Dan in Yoosohnkito, 7th Dan in American Kodakan Karate, and 4th Dan in Shotokan. Throughout the years, Grandmaster Fox trained and promoted many black belts. He won over 300 trophies, including 12 grand championships in the black belt sparring division. On February 7, 2021, Grandmaster Joseph Leo Fox passed away from glioblastoma. He influenced many lives and will always be a part of our school and family.
